EVA is billed only for the months it's on.
Turn it on at onboarding, at renewal or mid-year. It shows as its own line on your invoice, and billing stops when you switch it off.

Pricing questions
Anyone with an employee record who hasn’t left during the billing month. Contractors and vendors without an employee record are not counted.
Yes. We switch portals on from our side whenever you’re ready, and you can change your set at renewal.
On Enterprise, yes. We configure your PostgreSQL during onboarding and backups stay under your control.
You pay for the remaining months of the term at the agreed monthly price. A month counts when EVA is on for at least half of it.
In India by default, one database per company, encrypted at rest and in transit. Enterprise customers can choose a region.
No — GST is added on the invoice. We bill in INR by default; other currencies on request.
