Yes. Laundry Boys is the brand name as it appears on our logo and mobile app. LaundryBoys, written as one word, is the same brand — it is the form we use for our web address, our app package and our social handles. On WhatsApp we appear as Laundry Boys by Effred Technologies, which names the company that operates the service. All three refer to the identical service run by Effred Technologies LLP.
Which areas does Laundry Boys serve?

How long does a Laundry Boys order take?
Standard orders are returned within 48 hours of pickup. Express same-day and next-day delivery are available on wash, iron and most dry-cleaning services for an additional charge.
How is my order priced?
Wash and fold is charged by weight. Dry cleaning, steam ironing and specialist care are charged per piece. The full rate card is shown in the app before you confirm a booking, and the same rates appear on your invoice.
What happens if an item is damaged or lost?
Report it within 48 hours of delivery through the app, WhatsApp or email. Verified claims are settled under the compensation terms published in our Terms of Service.
Will Laundry Boys message me on WhatsApp?
Only if you opt in. We use the WhatsApp Business Platform under the display name Laundry Boys by Effred Technologies to send order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, invoices and support replies. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP.
