About these terms

These terms apply to your use of www.effred.com, which is run by Effred Technologies (“Effred”, “we”, “us”), whose registered office is Vill Chakteri, Bazar Baldirai, Musafirkhana, Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh 227806, India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. Effred One subscriptions, software projects, staff augmentation and marketing work are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that work. The Laundry Boys service has its own Laundry Boys Terms of Service.

Information on this site

Everything on this site — product descriptions, features, plans, prices, timelines and examples — is general information to help you decide whether to talk to us. It is not an offer, a quote or a contract.

Features, plans and prices change as our products and services develop. What we commit to is what is written in a proposal or agreement for your company.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it is complete, current, free of errors or viruses, or available without interruption, and to the extent the law allows we exclude all warranties about it.

The EVA assistant

EVA on this website is an AI assistant. Its answers are generated automatically, so they can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong.

  • EVA’s answers are general information, not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
  • Nothing EVA says is a commitment from Effred — not a price, a date, a feature or a contract term. A written proposal or agreement from us is.
  • Check anything important with a person before you rely on it. Use the contact form or write to info@effred.com.
  • Do not type personal, financial or confidential information into EVA. Our Privacy policy explains how questions are handled.
  • We may limit, change or switch off EVA at any time.

The contact form

When you use the contact form, give your own details, or details you have permission to share, and tell us accurately what you need. We reply to genuine enquiries; we may ignore or block messages that look automated, abusive or unrelated to our business.

Acceptable use

Please use the site the way it is meant to be used. You must not:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
  • Send spam, automated or bulk submissions through the contact form, or use it to advertise.
  • Flood EVA with requests, use its answers to build or train another product, or try to make it reveal its instructions, produce harmful content or act outside its purpose.
  • Try to get round rate limits, probe or break our security, or access systems and data that are not meant for you. If you find a weakness, please report it as described on our Security page.
  • Upload or send malware, or interfere with how the site works.
  • Scrape or copy the site in a way that puts load on it or republishes our content.
  • Pretend to be Effred, one of our people, or anyone else.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, graphics, screenshots and code, and the names and logos Effred, Effred One, EVA and Laundry Boys, belong to Effred Technologies or its licensors. Customer names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

You may view and print pages for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. Any other copying, reuse or adaptation needs our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Effred Technologies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, data or opportunity, or for any loss arising from reliance on the site’s content or on EVA’s answers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. If you have a separate agreement with us, the liability terms in that agreement apply to the work it covers.

Privacy

How we handle personal data sent through this site is described in our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please write to us at info@effred.com — most problems are quicker to solve that way.
