Business process and AI automation, for the work your team repeats every day.
We are automation specialists for finance, HR and operations teams in India and abroad: invoices, purchase orders, approvals, onboarding and reports that run on their own. We use APIs where they exist, RPA where they don’t and AI to read documents and scans, and we connect the systems you already use. Across the client deployments we run, our automations remove up to 10,000 hours of manual work a day. It is automation for the office, not the factory floor, and the first workflow is usually live in three to six weeks.
Who it’s for, and what to expect.
For finance, HR and operations teams that spend their days copying data between systems, checking invoices against purchase orders, chasing approvals on email and WhatsApp, and rebuilding the same Excel reports every month. As a business automation company in Gurugram, we are automation specialists: we connect with companies across Delhi NCR, the rest of India and abroad and deploy automation for their finance, HR, operations and back-office teams, inside the systems they already have rather than asking them to replace them.
We look at how the work is done today and pick the first workflow with you: usually one that is frequent, follows clear rules and is easy to measure. You get a fixed estimate for it. We use APIs where they exist, RPA where they don’t and AI to read invoices, purchase orders and other documents, and the first workflow is usually live in three to six weeks. Approvals can happen by email, WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams, and every step has retries, alerts and an audit trail, so nobody has to watch over it. Once it is live and measured, you decide what to automate next; when several teams want automation at once, an Automation & AI CoE keeps it in order.
What changes for your team: people spend their time on judgement, customers and decisions instead of copying data from one screen to another. There are fewer errors, because the same rules run every time. Ownership is clearer, because each step has a named owner and a record of who did what, so nothing waits unseen in an inbox. And month-end reports, reconciliations and reminders go out on time. We measure the hours and errors of each workflow before and after it goes live, so you see the change in your own numbers.
A word on what we mean by automation: we automate business processes in software, not machines. If you are looking for industrial automation, such as PLC, SCADA or DCS systems for a plant or a production line, you need an industrial automation firm. When a task needs AI that can read, reason and prepare work across your systems, our AI development team builds AI agents on the same rules as EVA, our own assistant: they work within each person’s permissions, and a person confirms before anything changes.
What's included
Pick the parts you need, and add more once the first one is working.
Workflow automation
Invoice processing, purchase-order matching, onboarding and reconciliations run as one flow across your systems, with your rules, retries and an audit trail at every step.
RPA bots
Bots that click, type and copy in systems with no API, such as older desktop software and web portals, the same way every time, with a log of each run.
AI document processing
Invoices, purchase orders, KYC documents and scans read by AI and checked against your rules. Anything unclear goes to a person, and PAN or Aadhaar numbers can be masked before a model sees them.
Approvals & notifications
Approval requests, reminders and alerts by email, WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams, with a record of who approved what and when.
Excel & report automation
Excel sheets that someone rebuilds every week, replaced by MIS reports that update themselves from the systems the numbers come from.
Integrations between your systems
Accounting, ERP, CRM, HR and email joined up through APIs, including Zoho, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so data typed in once reaches every system that needs it.
AI agents for back-office tasks
Agents that triage emails and tickets, look things up and prepare entries for a person to confirm, built by our AI development team with the rules we use for EVA.
Monitoring & support
Every run logged, alerts when a step fails or a system changes, and fixes from the team that built it, or a clean hand-over to your own team.
How we work
Map
We look at how the work is done today and pick the first workflow with you: frequent, rule-based and easy to measure.
Estimate
A fixed estimate for that workflow, based on its steps, systems and documents.
Build & go live
APIs where they exist, RPA where they don’t and AI to read documents. The first workflow is usually live in three to six weeks.
Run & measure
Retries, alerts and an audit trail on every run. We compare the hours and errors with the old way, then pick the next workflow.
Engineering standards
What you can hold us to on every engagement.

Questions about business automation
Start with work that is frequent, follows clear rules and is easy to measure: invoice processing, purchase-order matching, employee onboarding, approvals, reconciliations, month-end reports and data entry between systems. A process that changes every week, or needs judgement at every step, is a poor first choice. We look at how the work is done today and pick the first workflow with you; once it is live and measured, you decide what comes next.
Neither on its own, because they do different jobs. APIs are the most reliable way to connect systems, so we use them wherever they exist. RPA bots work the screens of systems that have no API, following fixed steps. AI reads what fixed rules cannot, such as invoices in many layouts, scanned documents and free-text emails, and passes anything it is unsure of to a person. Most workflows use two or all three. See how we build AI agents.
Yes, that is where a lot of manual work sits. We can read incoming emails and attachments and file them in the right system, send approval requests and alerts on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform to people who have agreed to receive them, and replace Excel sheets that someone rebuilds every week with reports that update themselves. If your team works in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho, we automate inside the tools it already uses.
The first workflow usually goes live in three to six weeks, depending on the number of steps, systems and documents involved. Once it is live, we measure it against how the work was done before, so you can see what it changes before you decide what to automate next.
It depends on the volume of work and how the process runs: how many invoices, forms or approvals pass through it, how many systems they touch and how much of each step follows fixed rules. Across the client deployments we run, our automations remove up to 10,000 hours of manual work a day, but what a workflow removes for you depends on your own volumes and processes. So we measure the hours and errors of each workflow before we automate it and again once it is live, and you see the difference in your own numbers.
It depends on the number of steps, systems and documents involved. We scope the first workflow and give you a fixed estimate for it; once it is live and measured, you decide what to automate next.
No. We automate business processes in software: the work that happens in offices, inboxes, spreadsheets and business systems, such as invoices, approvals, onboarding and reports. Industrial automation, meaning PLC, SCADA and DCS systems that control machines, production lines and plants, is a different field, and for that you need an industrial automation company rather than us. If it is your factory’s office work that needs help, such as purchase orders, supplier invoices or production reports, we can automate that.
Yes. Once a few workflows are live and more teams want them, it helps to have an Automation & AI Centre of Excellence (CoE): a small team with one list of what to automate next, shared standards and reusable parts, security and audit rules, and one way of measuring the results. We set one up, run it with you as a service and hand it over to your own team whenever you want. How we set up and run an automation CoE.
Ask each one to scope one real process first, with a fixed estimate, rather than start with a long programme. Then check how they connect your systems (APIs where they exist, RPA only where they must), how a person stays in control of what the AI decides, and who monitors the workflows and fixes them when a system or a form changes. And check that they do business process automation at all: many companies that rank for automation searches build control systems for factories.
